Naniken - "Songs of Ordinary Lives". Stories of love, conflict, exile and survival.

Naniken are a four-piece traditional folk group whose music is firmly rooted in the Irish tradition. Blending lesser-known songs from Ireland and the wider Irish diaspora with lively tunes and well-loved folk ballads, they create an intimate and authentic musical experience.

Formed through years of playing together at local sessions, Naniken combine strong musicianship, close vocal harmonies and subtle arrangements to offer a distinctive and diverse repertoire in a traditional style.

Songs of Ordinary Lives is an evening of music that explores the lives of ordinary people through love, conflict, exile and survival—bringing their stories to life.
